Removed insufficient fix for DMD bug 1161, it was causing problems with instantiating imported templates, and passing private variables as aliases. I failed to come up with a proper fix!

Fixed .funcptr property of delegates, no longer uses the infamous DMD rewrites to pointer arithmetic, instead a GEPExp has been introduced.

Added pragma(llvmdc, "string") for misc per-module compiler configuration, currently "string" can only be "verbose" which forces -vv for module it appears in.
