Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add missing case to DtoAssign for T[n] = T[]. Fixes downs' initializer bug.

The code in this directory is not maintained and is most likely broken.
There are no plans to revive official Phobos support.
