Be a little less overzealous with arrays of void-initialized typedefs;
initialize `new VoidTD[][](2)` and `new VoidTD[][][](2, 3)` (but not
`new VoidTD[2][3]`, which is a dynamic array of static arrays of
void-initialized typedefs).
