annotate dmd/dsymbol.h @ 946:1714836f2c0b

Mostly rewrite debug info generation in terms of llvm/Analysis/DebugInfo.h. Add getCompilationModule to Dsymbol and fix template compile unit decision code. Runtime compiles with -g again.
